Return and Refund Policy


General Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if they meet the conditions listed below.

When We Are at Fault

If you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or if your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will provide:

  • A full refund (product + shipping)
  • An exchange at no additional shipping cost

When You Are at Fault

If you ordered the wrong item or made an error, we will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping). A 25% restocking fee may apply.

Return Guidelines

  • Contact Customer Service to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns are accepted without an RA.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer.
  • Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all inserts and accessories.
  • Returns lost in transit are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges for unauthorized returns are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or special order conditions:

  • Opened personal care items
  • Oxygen concentrators (check if eligible for our buy-back program)
  • All men's health items (erection pumps, tension bands, incontinence clamps)
  • Raised toilet seats, commodes, shower chairs, transfer benches, toilet frames, toilet risers
  • Reagent
  • All special order items
  • All custom items (EZ Ramps, Cut-to-order, Span-America Mattresses, etc.)
  • All clearance items
  • Anything opened, used, or tried-on
  • Custom wheelchairs
  • Opened cases
  • Bulk orders
  • Body Up Evolution Transfer Lift Chair
  • Celox Dressings
  • Silipos Brand Items
  • Smart Caregiver Products
  • Pacey Cuffs
  • Health Smart Products
  • AirFree Products
  • Life Corporation Products
  • All items by Surgical Appliance and Truform

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product. It may take 5–15 business days or up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
